At it HertZ we are committed to promoting the best music talent in the London and South-East area. Whether you are part of a band, a solo artist, a home studio fanatic or a DJ we can help your music get out there

HOW TO JOIN

Simply contact us through email about who you are and what you do. Then we will contact you for more information. Please note that we don't want time wasters on this site, we only want dedicated musicians who care about getting their music out there, if we feel that your music isn't up to it then you won't be included! Conversely, we have no limits to the type of music that we will take on board, the more diverse the better. We will charge a small fee to be included, this is only to cover the time spent in creating/updating your pages. We also take copyright infringement VERY seriously so we can only include ORIGINAL works unless prior permission from the original writer has been attained.

WHAT TO SEND US

Should we want to include you, we will need a few things off you:

- A band/artist history (either text or word file)
- Images (e.g. live, band pics, original artwork), these should be in web compressed JPEG/GIF format
- Details of any releases/discography etc. (if applicable)
- Details of gigs played and future gigs
- MP3s (please see section below)
- Any other relevent info (e.g. latest news etc)

We will update your page to advertise new events and releases when necessary, in addition to this we will feature the weeks events/releases in more detail on the home page and the events page.

MP3s

We can include MP3 clips on our site, these should ideally be 30sec - 1 min clips already compressed into MP3 format. For larger clips or for the MP3 conversion service you will be required to pay a small fee. If you already have MP3s on the web then we can just link to the files. We can also accept real media clips
